Hi everyone!I just came back from a meeting with one of my clients who is a sales manager,and he is having a difficulties getting his sales people to perform at the higher level, so we talk about coaching being the great method for getting his salespeople to improve their performance.

Here is a six steps coaching model that gets great results.

  1. Plan the session
  2. Set Expectations
  3. Give them advice ,so they can actually improve
  4. Role play so they feel really comfortable doing it
  5. Send them out into the real world
  6. Debrief to see how they did in the real world
