Happiness seems to be just out of reach for way too many people. We all have happy moments but where is the level of happiness we were promised in the movies and by our parents.

However, as Eleanor Roosevelt said, “Happiness is not a goal, it is a life well-lived.”

It turns out that happiness is everywhere but people forget to be happy, as they grew up, they started conditioning happiness with certain things and missed opportunities to be happy on daily basis.

As the research shows happier people earn 150% more money, and happier people are 31% more productive, which means that happiness has a huge unique impact on our health, finances, and overall wellbeing.

So, we found seven ways to help you experience true happiness right away! Let’s learn.

1- To Be Happy: Live in The Moment:

Live in the moment – be a peaceful warrior. Do not think about the future or the past. The future has not happened yet, and the past is not here anymore.

The only thing which is here with you is ‘Right Now Besides, it, there is nothing so, Breath in, look around, hear the sounds and maybe, you will find something amazing in the sky or beneath your feet.

We never know we might find a lucky coin 🪙. To be happy, enjoy the present moment.

2- Notice The Insignificant Things To Enjoy The Daily Life:

We, humans, are wired to look for happiness in special places. A special partner, a special occasion, a special dress, and the list goes on.

But what about insignificant things like water, food, light and maybe Wi-Fi. The things we literally cannot live without have become the most for-granted things.

So, to be happy notice and appreciate the unseen yet the most important things.

3- Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone:

While reading Tim Farris's book ‘4 hours’ I laughed at the idea of taking a city bus tour. I mean. Who does that these days?

The idea just didn’t sit with me. But once, in Egypt, I did not have anything better to do and somehow, I got that idea of the bus tour running around my head.

So, I thought well what can go wrong? And man was I right Because that was the best trip of my life. I learned about the things I did not know about and I looked at the city with the eyes of those native guides.

And it was mind-blowing. So, get out of your comfort zone. Have an adventure, do a zip line, and listen to Tim Farris, that guy has some good ideas.

4- Spread Joy And Happiness In Others Life:

Many of us have God-gifted gifts. Maybe you’re a Taylor Swift and you have a gift of songwriting. Use it to make others happy, just like Taylor go to people's wedding and surprise them. Share the happiness and you will have more of it.

For instance, I have attained this gift of understanding people, listening to their problems, boosting up their morals, change them to break their limits.

Once I counselled a domestic trauma victim. Later her progress was so excellent that it made me the happiest person alive.

5- Build A Connection With Yourself, Be Happy With Yourself:

Love yourself and the whole world would fall for you.

Many of us have heard this, but most of us don’t believe in it. Do you? If yes, then good for you, if no, then don't worry you can start loving yourself today.

When you are happy with yourself, you get in harmony with everything around you. High-five yourself in the mirror, as Mel Robin said, “stop seeking approvals from, give it to yourself instead”.

6- To Be Happy: Set Boundaries and Stick To Them

To be happy you need to say ‘NO’ to the things that do not make you happy, right?

But to do that you have to have some boundaries. Unleash yourself, break your limits. Then, clearly define your boundaries with strangers, colleagues, friends, family, and partners.

You see to be happy; you need to take care of yourself first and then others. Society told us wrong, taking care of yourself does not make you selfish, it makes you happy.

7- Have A ‘YES’ Day:

A few days back, I saw this child movie ‘YES DAY’ on Netflix and it changed my life. You see as we grow old, we somehow start to say ‘NO’ without any reason.

Maybe we become cautious or what but saying ‘YES’ seems like a dangerous bet. But, have a day where without thinking and calculating you say yes to everything. And I promise you ‘the yes day’ will become the happiest day of your life.

Wanna bet? 😉

In a nutshell, yes, in today's world of constant social media, happiness has become an alienated idea. It does seem like happiness comes from certain things, like a good job, a big house, and maybe 1000 followers.

And yes! there is no doubt that happiness does come from all of those things. But often you really don't have to buy happiness or go on a quest to find. It is just here, around the corner. We at no-limit-selling believe that there is no limit to happiness.

As Walt Disney said, “Happiness is a state of mind. It’s just according to the way you look at things”.

So, find a way to re-engineer your mind to look at life with a happier lens. You see, to be happy you just have to feel happy. Many can guide you or show you the way to happiness, but at the end of the day, it's all on you.

You got to give yourself and happiness a chance. These 7 ways are just the beginning to change your mundane days into the most exciting and fulfilling life experiences.

Good luck!
