So in this video series we’ve been talking about if there’s a sales problem, where is the sales problem? If it’s the sales people, if it’s the sales management, is it the strategy, is the process? Sometimes when you’re in the company, you’re too close to it. Everyone’s baby is the most beautiful baby in the world, and sometimes we think our baby is beautiful and we don’t see the problems.
